New Economist Ads

“These thought provoking ads are hitting the billboards this week to get the nation thinking”

I’m really on the fence about legalisation. So many issues around the subject and the main ones are all the ones that get totally ignored. On a personal level I won’t go near any of it. But on a moral level I beleve humans should have the right to abuse their bodys any-way they like, we should have control over our own bodys… I dunno what’s your opinions?

The fact on the cons list that states that more drugs kill people than alcohol may be accurate but it IS misleading. Drugs kill people when they are irresponsible and don’t know what they are taking, when they don’t test their pills, or don’t know their dealer. These statistics also count deaths caused by prescription drug abuse. If you look at Ecstasy as an example, there are very few deaths per year and the deaths caused by alcohol are absolutely astronomical in comparison.
